Burger King - Poor Service

RICHMOND, INDIANA -- On December 31st went to one of your restaurants after a good ten mininte wait I got to where I could place my order only to be told sorry we're closed. I was the only person left in line. I drove 3 miles one way to get to that store. I felt that I should have been waited on.
I asked the lady at the window if she was mangement she said no but got me the mananger, who came to the window and said they was out of fries and hamburgers. I didn't want a hamburger or fries I wanted a milk shake, but I feel she was very rude. I worked in a restaurant when I was younger and when we had people at closing time we waited on all of them we never took any new ones but we waited on the ones that were there.

As a rule of thumb, in most restaurants, the shake machine is the first thing to get torn down, taken apart, and washed - an hour or sometimes two hours before closing time. It requires a lot of work to clean and sanitize those things and on top of that, there is usually a fight among the employees regarding who the poor soul is that will have to do it.
My advice: get a taste for a shake at least 2 hrs before closing time. Sorry. That's just the way it is.

Or, go to a Steak & Shake. They're open 24 hours and they have much better shakes than BK.
