Double Whopper - Complaint

OXFORD, MICHIGAN -- I ordered a Double Whopper at the Oxford, MI store on Dec.30,2012..First, I was overcome by the menu selection boards when I pulled up, didn''t know which one the speaker was next to...found the speaker, ordered, and as I drove by the first window there were milk crates blocking it, I guess to indicate to customers not to stop there..there was also a large bag of onions hanging on a hook, and all in all, made me feel I was ordering from a warehouse instead of a restaurant. I got my burger, and the bun was dried out..bad..and the tomatoe slices and lettuce were soggy and warm, certainly not a $6.00 burger whatsoever..this is not the first time..I had the same experience with their chicken sandwhiches..the food doesn't taste bad, but there is certainly room for improvement..steam the buns, buy fresh ones, or something..it's terrible. There doesn't seem to be any TLC in the environment or the product ....just slap it together and get rid of you seems to be their motive...it's a shame..also, the sign out front can hardly be seen if you are comming from the south until you are right upon it..you are missing a lot of business because of these reasons..I hope I have given you some insight on what I would do to improve your franchise.
