Internet and Cable TV - Complaint

LAFAYETTE, LOUISIANA -- I got cable TV and internet service through Cox. When I 1st got the service everything seemed OK,3 weeks later I started having problems with the internet and cable TV. The internet was slow as hell and the cable channels were changing on their own. I called Cox about it and they gave me a few days credit. Well I continued to have the same problems, they said if a technician came out and it was the wiring in our home they would have to charge us.
I won't ever deal with Cox again this is the worse service I ever had. I'm in the process of looking for another company to go through.
As for the bill they don't seem to want to work with their customers, they would rather waste no time to disconnect. No wonder so many people have left Cox, THEY SUCK!!

With respect, what they've explained to you is only reasonable. Why should they be responsible for the writing within your home? It might be very worthwhile to have them help you Trace down and even repair the problem.
