SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- I used to work for BCF from Nov.4th 2012 to Dec.20th 2012 {seasonal} and in that short time I was there, I was shocked as to how messy and ghetto the store is. The store manager is so darn rude, associates are lazy thieves and the list goes on.

I busted my butt there everyday I was at work, the store manager does not appreciate anything. She humiliates associates in front of everyone, she picks on associates as well and no one says anything. She {store manager} favors certain ones and treats other employees like dogs, so unfair an not professional.

BFC being in Destiny needs to go!! There are way too many shoplifters everyday and they get away with it. Might as well have a bright neon sign that says, "SHOPLIFTERS WELCOME HELP YOURSELVES". Yeah, that's how bad it is, way too much ghetto there, it's pathetic!!

I do not regret quitting that job because for me being honest, and respectful I do not belong in a ghetto store like BFC!

Corporate you need to go to that store daily and see yourselves how messy it is an how shoplifters get away with a lot of merchandise everyday.
BIG MISTAKE WAS HAVING B.F.C AT DESTINY!!!!
