Outback Steakhouse - Service Not That Great

BOZEMAN, MONTANTA -- Last night my family went to your Bozeman Outback Steakhouse store. We got there about 4:30 pm and there were only a few customers. My daughter had ordered the Blomming onion before we got there about 10 min. It still took another 20 mins. to get just that.

We ordered 3 burgers, fries, bowl of soup, and the house salad. I really don't under stand why it took another 40 mins. to get our meal. We had to ask for ranch and catsup 2 or 3 times. Even getting refills on our drinks seemed to be an impossion for our waiter. I have to say the food was really good, the servive was lacking. My son said that we should just not go back to the Outback, I don't believe that's the way to handle it. If we don't say any thing the problem dosen't get fixed. I do love your Blooming onions!!!

In my experience, your son is right on target. What you experienced stands little chance of changing.

I ate at OB for a year or two, and 40%+ of the visits were unsatisfactory, across maybe 12 visits. I complained about this and that, and the end result was bumkus. I had one experience very similar to your. The food was generally good, but not always. The service was horrendous on multiple visits.

I threw that dump over the side and haven't looked back. I would consider taking your son's advice.
