KAPOLEI, HAWAII -- Custmer service agent very rude. Bought a CD 12-28-12,was defective would not play. no sound on CD. Took back to store 1-4-13.

Did you want a refund? It is on the receipt that if opened it is only an exchange for the exact same product.
