Re-loading Visa-Pre-Paid Card - Complaint

AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I have had this card for ~2 months. They advertise how easy it is to manage your account online. NOT! When I attempted to check my balance online the website wouldn't allow me to login! I called them last night and a young man said that he re-set my user name and to wait an hour to try it. It STILL WON'T allow me to login!
Oh, and if you want the representative to just tell you what the remaining balance is on your card, there is a 50 cent charge to do THAT. I just got off the phone and another young person speaking with a thick accent offered to tell me my balance for 50 cents since I STILL couldn't login after she re-set my user name. Before I concluded the call I told her that I wanted to try and login before getting off the phone. The login failed and when I confronted her with that information she said, "Why don't you try again in an hour? If it doesn't work you can always call us back.
I advised her that I would instead be using that time to fine another pre-paid card!
