Lazy Boy - Poor Quality
Sleeper Sectional - Complaint

CERRITOS, CALIFORNIA -- Do not buy a Lazy Boy sofa. The quality of their workmanship is below standard and must be made in China.
1. The back cushions smash and do not refluff.
2. The seat cushions slouch.
3. Even the heartiest of fabric wears in a couple years.
The topper is that when I called corporate they told me that this sofa required a tool to refluff and that is was $90 to send a tech out and then more to do the work. I spent well over $3000 for the sectional and $900 for the matching ottoman. I will never purchase another sofa from Lazy Boy. They do not stand behind their product. In fact "Jennifer" a supervisor at corporate was quite rude and unprofessional and was unwilling to do anything to keep me as a customer.
