Cigna Healthcare - Cigna is the worst when it comes to resolving customer service issues
Change of address - Complaint
MIAMI, FLORIDA -- I have been trying for over 6 months to get Cigna to update my address. I sent them information by email, fax and letters and still they continue to send any correspondence to my old address. I have not received a letter from them since probably June 2012. Spent hours on the phone and get the same useless answers. What a joke. I Hate doing business with this company. If they can't resolve the small issues I can imagine that will happen when a serious problem arises.
