Reseller Web Services - Complaint
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I had been with this company for some time. Consistently their service has gotten worse. Less and less communications of changes including IP addresses causing many hours of impact to reseller accounts and their customers. Backups and restores are overly complicated and now ineffective. They also constantly push for dedicated servers even though the more basic services aren't supported well at all. With ticket support there can be long lulls in communication or no response at all. Customer satisfaction is very disappointing. We are working on transferring many accounts from their service to avoid losing more of our own customers.
