Staples - Outstanding Customer Service!

ACWORTH, GEORGIA -- I would like to thank Rachel Mueller for her outstanding customer service both on the phone and in person. Not only was she professional, but very knowledgeable with the product. I bought the tablet and took it home and charged it, after an hour it was still not charged so I called the store for solutions and Rachel was very patient with me in trying to talk me through the process. She then advised me to bring the tablet back to the store. Once I arrived, she was paged and was at the desk in a flash! She greeted me and just took over the problem and replaced the tablet and made sure that the new one was working properly. Thank you so much, it was much more than you just doing your job, you were kind and very professional.

A most excellent post. An acknowledgement of great customer service is refreshing to read. Staples treated you right and made you a satisfied customer. Are you listening Best Buy and Sears?
