T Mobile - They Are Liars

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH -- When we got our phones from T Mobile, the sales representative told us we would have 200 mb of roaming data because we live in an area with no T Mobile towers which was fine we were used to that. We get home and our data was shut off at 50 and we were then told we would be charged extra for every bit we used. So we took our phones back through buyers remorse program and were then reimbursed. Just today I looked in my bank account and they billed us for an account that was closed. $216.00 was taken out. I called customer service and they told me I would have to go into the store to shut off the account which was ridiculous because I had the receipt that showed it was shut off. We live 2 hours away from the closest store and I informed here that would be difficult. But customer service said there wasn't anything they could do. Absolutely rude people and they lied to our face

Anything done in the store must go back to the store. AN agent on the phone has no idea what was discussed with an agent in the store. Store agents don't notate accounts.
