RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA -- Do not give these money grubbers access to your bank account to draft payments no matter what discounts they offer you because they will steal what they want and will not consider a refund. They arbitrarily add drivers to your policy with no notifications of any kind. Kathy [snip] can seem really nice at first when they are roping you in and then she turns into the witch from Hades. As a matter of fact Kemper Corporate sucks along with Kathy.
