Wendy's - Very Poor Service

HONOLULU, HAWAII -- I went to Wendy's the other day to get a quick bite and a drink. I decided to go through the drive through, as it was rainy some. The line was a little long and moving very slow. I finally got to the order window and placed my order after they had to make one correction and was told it would be $4.85 and to drive to next window.

I had to wait over two minutes to get to next window and once I arrived, I was informed they did not have my order. The girl at the window said she did not take it, someone else did. She could not find it and called over someone else. The girl then re-entered the same order and said it would be $8.95. I said to just forget the entire order and asked if a manager was there. The second girl said she was the manager and I decided there wasn't anything more she could do.

I then waited another three minutes for the car in front of me to complete their order as it appeared they had also made mistakes on her order too.

Sounds like they were overwhelmed and understaffed. Unfortunate, but it happens.
