Two Internet Orders - Complaint

WINCHESTER, VIRGINIA -- I ordered 3 motion detector screw in adapters and so far no info. I also ordered a pair of vinyl shutters (too big for my car). They called me yesterday and told me I can pick them up. I told them I paid for TRUCK delivery and they do not seems to know what that means.
They have lost me as a customer and advise all who read this to do the same.
Customer service is not ignoring the customer and hoping they go away!
If -50 were an option for experience raking Id' give them a -50.
