Hotwire - Hotel/Motel

OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA -- Recently, I booked a hotel with Hotwire, when I went to the hotel it was a motel( a truck stop). Hotwire presented it as a hotel, the motel was in a area that was not safe on top of that it was dirty and people smoking inside the lobby.
I called Hotwire to cancel the reservation and get my money back due to the fact that Hotwire lied about the hotel it was impossible to talk to them after driving for 24 hours and tired I had to spent an hour and a half talking to them, every time their transfer me to another agent their hanged up on me, the bottom line Hotwire stole my money.

Third party sites are notorious for not allowing anyone out of their booking, regardless of the reason. Unfortunately, that's the price paid for using the service.

Thank you for your review. This is why I book directly with hotels and avoid third party bargain contractors.
