Normally the commercials are fine but the latest one shows the stereotypical overweight black female yelling and making a scene as she enters the 'progressive office' looking for 'FLO'.
of course she is shaking her head and flaling her arms as she discusses her concerns.
Its too bad a company like progressive relies on old out of date stereotypes of black females. I could not imagine them using a white or asian obese female for this role. Why not simply have a normal slim calm women asking to speak to flo about a 'problem' with her husband then showing the same script of him asking to juggle chain saws??? would have been just a funny but without the ridiculously offense fat black woman stereotype

I like your new commercial - it does NOT have Flo in it. I MUST turn the station when she comes on!! Get RID of Flo and use the money to pay out claims to people who have had accidents and you have PROMISED to pay, based on your commercials and written literature!!
