Days Inn in Lancaster Doesn't Have Customer Service
LANCASTER, PENNSYLVANIA -- The other day I went to Days Inn the one in Litis Pike in lancaster PA because I wanted to do a reservation and to know the cost of 3 nights. When I came in the lady at the desk was with another customer. She did not say nothing even hello, after 10 minutes I was still standing in front of her and she at anytime said a word to me.
I decided to take a business card to make the reservation by phone. When I called she, didn't said she say anything as "hi, how may I help you" she just say "We are full tonight, we don't have any room" she hang out the phone and didn't let me ask her what I wanted.
I think that managers should teach people what is customer service before putting them in front a desk working with customers.
