VENTURA, CALIFORNIA -- When I ordered a refrigerator over the telephone I was told 1. I would get an EM confirmation and would also be given 24 hour notice via EM. 2. They would deliver and install the refrigerator after removing the old one for recycling. Imagine my surprise and chagrin when UPS delivered the refrigerator WITHOUT notice and left it just inside my door. 3. When I called and asked to speak to a customer service manager, after a lengthy effort to deflect my request, I was told "I'll try to find one." After 20 minutes, I gave up.
