Best Buy - Faulty Asus Computer
MICHIGAN -- I purchased a computer with assurance that it could be exchanged if dissatisfied I took it in ten days later with two pages of faults and they refused to exchange.
Six weeks later, the hard drive quit. I was promised an exchange by the store manager and by a Geek Squad manager if I wasn't satisfied with it after they installed new hard drive. Three return trips in a week and a half and I am still trying to get replaced as they promised.
I'm meeting with the new store manager tomorrow, but not holding my breath. It still does everything wrong as it did originally. It has started doing things again that were supposed to be fixed and has some new ones.
It seems that Best Buy is more interested in keeping Asus content, than customer satisfaction.
