MarketSource Online Complaint - Lack of Support & failure to communicate
TELFORD, PENNSYLVANIA -- I am very trouble by your service/support and failure to communicate. I order your data information and was told that your support staff would get these data to a point where it was usable with my MetaStock 7.0 program. I have been waiting since mid August of 2001 and it is now Nov 30, 2001 with no fix in sight. I have requested reimbursement of my annual subscription with now reply/response back. I would appreciate full reimbursement since you are not able to provide data usable with my charting software...
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I would like reimbursement of my annual subscription costs which is $99.00
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
