Walmart - Seniors Are Neglected
Accident on Front Isle Display and No Mobile Cart - Complaint
TOOELE, UTAH -- My husband has Parkinson and tripped over the front plant isle display and fell onto the plants. No one inquired of his injuries and when I asked for a mobile cart, one man looked and came back and said "there are none available". Not a word about how my husband was.
My knees need to be replaced and there has not been a mobile cart for me or my husband for the last 4 months. I tried shopping (last night) (Tooele) by walking and my husband held onto the cart. We stood in line for over 45 minutes (and our's was the short line)
You should have a special isle for "matching coupons" and train your employers how to do it.
I said I would not shop at Walmart 4 months ago and I'm sorry I tried it last night.
I will NEVER shop at your store and I will tell my friends my problems with you and Seniors. I'd rather pay a high price and go to Salt Lake City (40) than put up with your management and supervisors lack of concern.
*** I saw a woman send her handicap boy with a foot boot (to support ankles) into the men's rest room at the back of the store. I'm sure they were planning on Shop-lifting the 2 pieces of underwear and socks. "No one to report it to......................
Your lack of respect and your employees lack of knowledge and "could care less" attitude has caused you to be crossed off my list of "places to shop".
Why don't you get with it and help the Seniors with mobile cart? You make enough money.
Oh, on the way out a young woman pulled into a handicap stall - no marking on the car or license plate saying she was handicap. She hurried into the store. ha, ha handicap?
