COLORADO -- Dish is aweful to work for they figure every way to cheat both the customers and their installers. They sent out boxes for customers to return equipment that they know full well belongs to the customers. They try to say they never received equipment sent back and force them to pay for it, when they did receive it. I could go on and on.

They have dealers to sent in faulty equipment and then swear it worked when they got it and charge them for it. If a dealer gets faulty equipment they have to pay to sent it back, even if it is out of the box bad. And again I could go on and on. It is always their way and basically they let you know you have no recourse. Thank-you.

You're making some general accusations. Might I suggest you explain the exact issue you're currently dealing with?

Hi my name is Mike Houston a Social Media Representative at DISH. I am more than happy to explain and help with your DISH issues today. When a customer signs up for DISH, they get their equipment and installation for free as well with the first year promotional credits. Unless they buy the equipment outright it is leased. To get a better idea of what happened to the account in question, would you e-mail me at; michael.houston@dish.com for further assistance?
