EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA -- I purchased a pair of boots as a Christmas present for my daughter. They were too tight at the ankle and I returned them for a refund. I mailed those boots on December 24th, 2012, it is now January 13th, and ShopNBC has not refunded my money. They are also billing me for an item I no longer have.

With respect to what? All I want is my money back. I pay you each month for things purchased from your company. Then I send one item back and you want to keep my money and the merchandise. The name of the street in Eden, MN is Shady and so is your company. I also have proof of the merchandise being mailed back. I am reporting you all to several consumer agencies.

PrincessJoyce...AtYourService is not a rep for the company...He's just asking you that question because it's always a good idea to have proof whenever someone makes a return, to prevent problems that might come up regarding the return. Believe it or not, some people just toss their return in the mail, without getting any proof of the return.
