Slow & Late Service/ Can Out Several Times,did Nothing To Solve Problem - Complaint
MARTINSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA -- We bought a white elephant!!! Within 6 months of purchase, the bottom slide out freezer was frozen shut. After calling the service dept., They would set up an appt., Then cancel to a later date. This happened at least 4 times. ( Of course, until the warranty had run out). For the most part, the service tech. blamed the problem on us. Said that the door was not closed all the way. ( Not so ).
Finally, techs real fix was to use a hair dryer to solve the problem of the frozen track device. (Of course, this procedure was to be done by us). Basically, they did nothing !!!!!! We are still paying for this unit and still can not use the freezer. We use our used freezer, that is in our garage (that works great !!!!!!). The service dept. & Techs ( in general ) are lazy and worthless.
