Metropcs LG 4g connect - Non Safe Phone

FLORIDA -- Not very happy with my phone, had it for less than 3 weeks already see it as a safety issue. My phone gets extremely hot if I use wifi or satellite GPS, ( can leave a minor burn on a child) also if my phone dies completely it takes 10 to 12 minutes to power it on, which at the second week I started having problems with my phone keeping a full charge.
