Sleeper sofa - Complaint

WILMINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA -- The sleeper/couch I purchased was placed in a guest room that is rarely used. I was extremely disappointed when I noted that after 6 months the sleeper had begun to sag noticeably in the middle and was very uncomfortable to sit on. After calling customer service and making an appointment for them to come out and look I was told this was normal wear and tear. After less than one year I have had to purchase a new sofa because this one is so uncomfortable to sit on.

I hope this review saves someone from purchasing a poor quality product backed by poor customer service.

What is odd is that the couch sagged with apparently very little use, if the room is "rarely used". Sounds like very poor quality.

They couldn't very well repair it if this is an indication of their usual quality - they would go out of business quickly. Helpful review.

It does, in fact, sound like poor quality, but that is basically the level of furniture Rooms to Go promotes. It's kind of like buying a lower end appliance and being surprised when it goes out early.
