Taco Bell - 30 minute wait

TEMPLE, TEXAS -- I took my family to Taco Bell on Jan. 12, 2013 and after standing in line 30 minutes after placing my order they realize that my order had not been made. I waited another 20 minutes to get my order, then after checking my order it was all messed up and missing food. Please contact me at:

I'm sorry for the trouble you had to go through. I'm curious if that was the only place you had to choose from (it's not impossible) since it's hard to understand why you or anyone for that matter would wait 30 mins THEN find out your order was never put in. THEN wait another 20 minutes. I've never had Taco Bell that was worth an hour of my time. All the Taco Bells I've been to have a phone # to call if your meal was unsatisfactory and I would say this fits.

They're called fast food joints because your want your food fast. If my order was not ready in 5 minutes I would have left.
