AT&T sucks in Customer Service
DALLAS, TEXAS -- I've been with AT&T for over 10 years..in the past few years, they have sucked at Customer Service and resolving problems. Most of the time you can't understand the people you talk to (if you are in America, learn the damn language!!!) I live in a big city and half the time I don't have service and when I do, I constantly have dropped calls and interrupted internet connections. Anytime you call, they deny you help or solutions because You don't have insurance or warranty. Cingular Wireless was much better before they acquired AT&T. Simple.
