My heritage - Charges to my debit card

I have been charged $119.40 twice to my debit account .
I want to know how you can do that without my consent. at least let me know what it is for. I don't know how to contact you to get an answer

here is the link to their help section. on the lower right corner, there should be a pop up to speak with someone. you are also able to search using the search window in the help topics.

seems somewhere you had made an online order, and behind the scenes you were automatically signed up. this happens to lots of people. did you ever use the website? also check on your credit card statement for a telephone number listed with the charge.

The charges that you describe are exactly 12 months of Premium Plus membership, as described in their subscription plan page:
http://www.myheritage.com/subscription-plans

They have free memberships - sounds like you signed up for a premium plan.
