Console Doctor -
JAXINVILLE, FLORIDA -- On 1/08/13 I placed and order for 2 ribbons cables for a Xbox360 and was told the order would be sent right out that day. On 01/09/13 the money was taken from my account and the part was paid for. On 1/11/13 I called to find out where my order was as I was told it would only take 1-2 business days to ship to find out the part was not even pulled yet or shipped out and was told then again 1-2 business days to ship part. On 01/14/13 I received incorrect part in mail and when I called to let them know the part was incorrect and I needed correct part and was going to ship back incorrect part I was insulted, called names, and hung up on. I used to work in customer service for years and was appalled at this treatment for simply trying to explain they made an error as the part shown on their website is the exact part I needed not the part they shipped to me.
They even blocked me so how can I even get this rectified. I was sick to my stomach for the actions they took against me. I was more pissed but kept my cool due to me reporting it to the Better Business Bureau. Message from the CONSOLE DOCTOR.
MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:
this has already been handled.. this customer called so many times we had to block his number. we are resending out the same parts/ribbon cables he was sent the first time as we double checked to ensure the right parts were sent in the first place. he wouldn't comply with filling out a support ticket, doesn't want to return items so that we can process a proper return, and wanted a refund on top of it. We got so tired of 20 plus calls over a $10 transaction that we are eating it and sending out the entire order again. you can't call a business and make up rules as there is a process not to mention we felt harassed by the number of phone calls we received after simply telling him to fill out a support ticket for return. he was sent the correct item. we checked. parts are all numbered. again, he has been sent out the order again on us. we can provide tracking for BOTH the first and second shipment to prove this if need be.
All this is a lie. I had to wait for the parts to come in. First off. There was no process at all. There was no support ticket. Her comment was wait 24 hours and shipping will get back to you. I called the next day. I was blocked. This can not get resolved if you can not call me.
