Queen Size Mattress Set - Complaint

ROCHESTER, NEW YORK -- I purchased a queen size mattress set on Sept 29, 2012. I picked up the items on October 2, 2012. On December 22, 2012, I called value City to tell them my mattress was staring to sag in the middle of my bed. I was advised by Susan, that a tech would not be in my area until January 17, 2013. Well, the tech has just left. He stated unless the mattress is sagging at 2 inches or more(my was 1 3/4), that Value City would probably not do anything about my situation. This mattress hurts my back and hips, because I can feel the springs, I'm not getting a good nights sleep, because I'm constantly waking because of same. I feel so violated!!!!

The problem could be the overall quality of mattress. Most manufacturers warranty the same for 1 1/2 inches. Was this a name brand mattress or something a little less expensive? Have you confirmed the guarantee with the manufacturer?
