ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- I purchased the RH Indemnity plan, I was admitted in a Veteran Hospital, I called the members information about the plan and asked specially about being in a VA Hospital, I was informed that it was not an issue. I submitted my claim and was told that it would take up to 2 weeks to process my claim. I called 2 weeks later and was told that my claim had not been processed, I asked if their were a problem, answer, no, they were up to December 5, and my claim was dated December 8, to call back in a week. then I was told that the claim dept. was up to December 6,by this time, it was January 4, 2013. almost a month. I called on January 8 2013 and was told that a letter had been sent out, and wait on the letter, the representative didnot reveal what type of letter. I received the letter and it was a new membership letter, remind you that I had purchased this plan in October 23 2012, first payment was deducted out of my account on Novemeber 1, 2012. I called the claim dept. and was told that the VA Hospital and the information I submitted wasn't enough evidence to support my claim, I proceeded to send my discharge information, I received a letter informing me to read the coverage of the policy on what is covered and what is not. They would not pay my claim.
