Direct TV - Stay With Cable!
Replacement of Defective Equipment - Complaint
SPRING HILL, TENNESSEE -- Direct TV uses a main piece of equipment to send the signal to all the outlets in the home. Recently this piece of equipment would not power on. Called Direct TV and was told not only do the local service centers do not carry this piece of equipment, neither do the repair/install technicians. They stated the best they could do is have one sent to me via UPS in 3 days! This piece is required to watch any television in any room. I am locked into Direct TV for 20 more months but will immediately switch back to Comcast cable.
Even though it is a little more expensive, the service centers carry all their equipment as well as their repair technicians. And with Comcast I don't lose my signal in bad weather!
