Hotwire - Awful Product and service

Confusing booking process and I provided a credit card number to reserve a car and when I got my statement had been charged by Hotwire and that cancellation period of few days had passed. We had to cancel trip and when called Hotwire had customer rep? spout fine print to any question asked with don't care attitude.
