Mypublisher - No Cusomer Service / Not Honoring Their Offers

ONLINE -- I had discount codes that I purchased to order photobooks. Their site was giving me, and the friend I bought a book code for, troubles while trying to make and purchase the books. We both tried independently and together to email and call their lines for help. Nothing. One book was accidentally ordered without the code and the customr service was unwilling to credit the difference back. The other code expired and we still haven't heard from them. I have been everywhere online to find help. All I see are tons of other dissatisfied customers.
