T-Mobile - Fraud-Fraud Selling-Worst Customer Service Ever

Cell Phone & Broadband Service - Complaint

WILLIS, TEXAS -- Absolutely worst cell phone experience I have ever had. Left Sprint, thought they were bad but T-Mobile tops the list. Lied to, from the start, about the cost, and coverage. Billed within 2 1/2 wks of service $460.11; service cut off in Nevada due to text usage although it was supposed to be unlimited-"oh, they're sorry" but we were still billed and that occurred within a 2 week period. We have made over 7 phone calls to T-Mobile and let me tell you, there is a dept for everything but not one who can resolve anything. Not the reps but the corporate offices. If I can do anything, it will be to broadcast my distaste for this company.

I was sent a 4th phone, we returned and received an email from them, "they received it" but there is no record, so we are being charged for a line we never ordered and a phone that was returned. SCAM....SCAM...SCAM...

We are now threatened with a contract and ruined credit!

I wish this review would have revealed a few more details as it left a lot in question to me.

Was this a 'family plan' with three lines, however you then questioned receiving a forth phone? It sounds as if you were completing this transaction via the internet and mail which, sounds like, may have caused part of the problem. I'm assuming such just because you've stated that you were SENT a fourth phone and then returned it, thus getting an E-MAIL.

If I might suggest, you've got a sentence stating, 'it was suppose to be unlimited'. You don't go into detail as to where you were provided this information but the account is based upon a WRITTEN contract you should have been provided showing the service you had signed up for.

Reference the contract when speaking to them. If it shows unlimited text, you'd be covered. The same with the number of lines.

I'd be interested in knowing what your contract does state, as if it does show a three line ONLY service and UNLIMITED text, we should know. Please post back if it does. I really would be interested in knowing.
