HP Was Wonderful
HP Pavillion DM4 - Compliment
LANSDALE, PENNSYLVANIA -- I have owned my HP DM4 3000 for since February of 2012, and I have had a great time with it, but my review is not about my product but about HP Support.
I have contacted HP support a few times before, but never in this detailed fashion. I contacted HP about 3 times for a total time of 1.5 hours, and I have never received better support. My computer was restarting by itself randomly, when the computer was not overheating, only allowing me roughly 10 min before restarting, so I contacted HP.
The HP support technicians were knowledgeable, and after running several hardware tests confirmed that my BIOS was having issues. Each time I contacted HP, I did not have to re-explain my issues because the support techntions are actually smart, unlike the DELL support. If given case numbers they actually read them, and the previous techie leaves notes behind for the new techie. So each time I spoke to new guy, he was almost up to date with my problems.
They treated me just as my American Express Card's customer service. I give them 5 full stars, and will definitely buy HP again.
