DE FOREST, WISCONSIN -- New promotion for TV, Internet, phone bundle is for 29.99 but would not allow their loyal existing customers the same deal. I was told I have to cancel my service with them for 60 days and then re-signed up to get the same deal. I currently have the TV & internet and paying more than 130.00 but cannot get a break for being a loyal customer.

It's the same everywhere, with every company. The low rate is a teaser to get people to sign up. Businesses know that once they get someone signed, it is likely they will stay no matter what. For this reason, they're willing to take a loss for a short period. After the initial period, it will go right up to what you currently pay. If you ran the business, you'd do the same thing.
