CALIFORNIA -- Purchased QuickBooks on the suggestion of our accountant. When installing payroll the system "froze". It took 15 service reps and 6 hours before the installation was complete. Half of them did not speak English. Inputted my customers, vendors and employees. Called payroll because I pay a salary and the system only calculated hourly. Four reps to get that to work. Then I had questions on changing the check format to match my checks, having an invoice show a deposit and inputting my sale tax codes. Was rudely told that I had to "Pay" to get those answered. After 6 more reps, being transferred from representative to representative without warning and dealing with reps that did not speak English, came to the conclusion that they did not want my business and went somewhere else. Did not know how to change the checks, or post a deposit on an invoice and did not believe me when I said that on my system there was no sales tax code under "Lists".
