AT&T Is a Rip Off

INMAN, SOUTH CAROLINA -- AT&T has been charging my mother in law for cell phones that she turned in back in Sept Of 2011, a month after her husband died... also she was quoted 14.95 for internet and they charged $38.95...
When they were told about it they said you are ahead, x amount of dollars and we will call you about the rest..a call back from a customer specialist etc. Well we are still waiting for the call back today.. and got a bill for $345.96 and called a lady mng. Named Ann.
Gave me a $199.95 credit then said I would have to pay $266.96... from $345 ???? That's CRAZY and doesn't add up... still haven't got this resolved and yet shuffled around to a 100 Dept.
So please go elsewhere.
