Food Lion - Cash Back Money Intentionally Forgotten by Cashiers

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA -- Everytime I do my grocery at Food Lion I always get cash back from my credit card to avoid going to ATM. But every time I request for a cash back, the cashiers always forgot to give me the money. Why is that? They do it ALWAYS. They say sorry but they do it intentionally. If I don't ask for it, they will not give it.

Don't you mean from your debit card? Anyway, it's Food Lion, and I don't shop there unless it's my last resort. Dirty stores, horrible customer service, I try to avoid it all together. There are plenty of better places to grocery shop in Virginia Beach.

This is pretty strange. Do you mean a debit card? I've not heard of cash back using a CC card.
What you are suggesting seems to be that the cashiers are part of a conspiracy to defraud customers, which is a fairly serious allegation.
It would be easy for someone to independently test this theory, by sending a troll in see if the same happens to them.
