Suffolk Applebee's Service and Food Problem
Service and Food Poor on wk.end and wk.day! - Complaint

1226 N. MAIN ST., VIRGINIA -- The Grassfield Applebee's of Chesapeake, VA/Chesapeake Sq. Applebee's of Portsmouth Blvd. Chesapeake, VA has the best Service/Food w/Managerial checking in on customers and also in solving problems immediately.
I regret to say that about 1206 N. Main St. Suffolk, VA - Applebee's.
I was really ashamed to take my friends into the Suffolk Applebee's. I'm a native of Suffolk and there are not that many places to go, but I will go to the one at Chesapeake Sq. on Portsmouth Blvd. from now on due to Suffolk's food service is always very poor and slow. Food served improperly cooked. I thought at first it was because it was the week end and they were busy times before when my family of 5 went. I made excuses for the Applebbe's in Suffolk.
Now January 21,2013 to go w/very few customers in the restaurant, I was shocked today ticket #018307614-$45.54 pd w/only 4 of my friends. The worst quality service or even food during the week day. My salty steak Penne was credited, but the fish Haddock wasn't nor the salty fries. The Philly Cheese Steak was salty w/ hardly no cheese. Gee! I'm really disappointed! The manager was not even around to quickly talk to! He came but still charged us for poor salty food unable to eat and poor service. It should not take 15 min. for a waitress to come to the table, nor 50 min. to receive our food! Please correct your Suffolk Applebee's or do you really care about Suffolk, VA customers.
