T Mobile - Huge Disappointment

ALBEQUERIE, NEW MEXICO -- In May 12,2012- Jennifer a sales representative for T-Mobile duped me into thinking I was getting a deal for the services and the phone. When the bill came the cost was different then what we agreeded upon-and she steered me into a galaxy s2- whereas I wanted a S3. The phone has had problems from the word go. Doing strange things and constantly dropping calls. After spending 6 months- making over 60 calls -over 100 man hours- and speaking to 3 countries- every department you can imagine-they finally concede and send me a refurbished phone-and then charge me for it while it is still under warranty. The S2 was outdate with old firmware- and then they wanted me to upgrade it via Kies- which was impossible to do.
So you buy a car -it runs when it wants to- the payments are required and they are more than negotiated-and it falls under the Lemon Law. Your spoken to rudely and like a child- meanwhile-they want your monthly payments.
They owe me a $700 phone- updated- S3 or upgraded to Note 2- at least $1000 for time spent on phone calls- and compensation for their rude and incompetent staff failing to recognize there was a problem.
