HUMBLE, TEXAS -- To make a long story short, this is one of the worst experiences that I have had with any cable service. They are very unwilling to assist you. I have problems with my services for months and have had to continously take time to call in and complain for only the reps and their supervisor to be very nonchalant and uncaring. Basically they have told me you are in a contract, so pay the fee or else. They do not compromise or try to assist you. This has been by far the worst customer service I have expereienced. My husband and I can barely even enjoy our television from our room and still paying this high bill. I absolutely hate this service and July 2012 can not come quick enough to be released from this company. Please take heed and not subject your self to the frustrations.

I'm still writing 2012 on all my transactions. Obviously the OP intended to write 2013. I bet July of 2013 can't come fast enough for this member.
