Dish - Worst Customer Service and Service I Have EVER Had

YUCCA VALLEY, CALIFORNIA -- Do not sign into a contract with this horrible company! The first 4 months I had them they over charged me on every single bill and each time I called I had to fight with them to get my normal bill price. I have also had issues with my internet since they installed it. My internet stops working every night at 11 and random times during the day I have had a technician out to my house 3 times this month and STILL do not have internet. They charge you 15 dollars plus tax to send a technician to your house to fix THERE broken equipment. I regret signing a contract with this horrible company once my contract is up I will never have them again.

Their customer service is awful to they don't listen and it takes forever to get through to a person. All dish does is lie about price until you sign the contract then the add fees for everything.

You can let the California consumer affairs agency know about this via http://www.dca.ca.gov That will help (in addition to your review here) pass this information on to other consumers that are thinking about using Dish.
