Why is it so hard to get logged into Chase? None of their categories bring up a way to log on. Maybe they should just give up on the online crap.

I use Chase's web portal for credit card services, and it has always been terrific.
From your complaint, it sounds like you may just be getting started with them, but I could not tell.
