Egg-met breakfast sandwiches and Eggs in meals - Complaint
GRAFTON, WISCONSIN -- 1) Every time I get an Egg-McSomething - it's assembled haphazardly - bun shifted one way - meat and eggs another way and falling apart. I watch and see them assemble and wrap them like that - slapping them together. By the time Iget them I can't realign them because the cheese has melted and it acts like a glue.
2) There is clearly no protocol to how much scrambled egg to place into the tray in a Big Breakfast etal. THis last Sunday was the worst - there couldn't have been a full Tablespoon on that expensive tray. They weigh this and that but clearly they 'eye-ball" the egg quantity. I have NEVER gotten a decent amount of egg. Comeon - eggs are cheap. Bad enough that the eggs they put in that meal look like floor-sweepings- little crumbs of eggs and nothing solid or composed like the perfect slab in a sandwich. Why not just use the sandwich slabs which are somewhat consistent in size - perhaps 2 of those - and put them in the tray. I don't mind cutting them up. I do mind getting cheated on a spoonful of eggs. There is no more cost to the big breakfast than a saus-egg-McMuffin meal. Just the tray. Why cheat the customer on what is supposed to be "meal". I won't be gettnig anymore Big Breakfasts anymore. This happens every single time.
