Charter Communications - Charter Is Horrible

CHATSWORTH, GEORGIA -- Honestly, I curse every single time I have to deal with them on the phone. The robot that answers infuriates me! They just want to gouge customers for money. I have been customer for over 10 years and pay bills timely. They do not care! They just give the run around and try to sell bundles to lure folks in and then they go up on price and tell you - too bad. If you try to cancel parts of service to trim bill, you discover it is priced in such a way that it does not matter if you cancel or not. Seriously, they are HORRIBLE!!! RUN if you have the option. I actually just told a Charter Rep that I would rather go to the dentist than deal with them!!

You are correct, they are the worst of the worst. Wish I had access to Comcast, how sad is that? You can try their online chat to resolve TV and billing issues (if your internet happens to be working that day). You avoid the non understandable phone conversations when talking to someone in the Phillipines or India or wherever Charter has outsourced jobs to this week by doing this. It is at least a bit less frustrating.
