Direct TV - Charged for services never ordered

PHOENIX, ALABAMA -- Usually tear off top of bills and pay on line. Checked specifics of bill this morning and found we had been charged $100 a month for a service we didn't order (red zone and short cuts and mobile). Basically they said "too bad" Very rude customer service representative. Our brother in law had the same problem and his money was refunded and he received one year free. Of course he's an attorney.

If I may, what it sounds like happened is that DTV does a promotion in the fall which offers a free period of Sunday ticket but the promotion specifies that you must cancel if you do not wish to continue receiving the service.
